Authorised centre in Agigea, Constanța County
We buy ferrous and non-ferrous metals, electrical cables and end-of-life vehicles. Material is weighed on arrival and paid for on the spot.
We accept paper, cardboard, plastics, wood, textiles, packaging, construction waste and hazardous waste as an authorised service. For these categories we do not pay for the material — the collection service is charged, based on type and quantity.
We accept materials loose, bagged or baled on pallets, up to 30 tonnes per shipment. For larger quantities, logistics are arranged case by case.

Electrical cables — copper recovery
We buyOn-site granulation line: the cable is shredded and the copper separated from the plastic insulation. Site offcuts, industrial drums and demolition cable.
End-of-life vehicles
We buyAuthorised dismantling centre — Constanța County Police approval no. 38 of 07.02.2020. Cars, vans and machinery. Certificate of destruction issued and deregistration filed.

ServicePallets, packaging, timber, chipboard, sawdust, shavings and residues from forestry or demolition.

Construction and demolition waste
ServiceConcrete, bricks, tiles, ceramics, asphalt, soil and stones, gypsum and insulation. Collected from sites and demolitions, transport included.

Hazardous waste collection has been authorised since 06.07.2026. These materials are not purchased: collection is a service, with transport documents and traceability records prepared in accordance with applicable law.

ServiceAsbestos-containing materials are accepted only in sealed packaging and are transferred to a compliant landfill. Contact us before dismantling work begins.

KROMM Recycling is the trading name under which TERRA CYCLE S.R.L. operates its site in Agigea, Constanța County.
Environmental Permit no. 152 / 14.12.2017, revised by nr. 71 din 06.07.2026, issued by the Constanța County Environmental Directorate to TERRA CYCLE S.R.L. (RO 37298322) for the site in Agigea, Constanța County. Authorised activities: collection of non-hazardous and hazardous waste, recovery of sorted recyclable materials, wholesale trade in waste, and dismantling of end-of-life vehicles.
